Siri won’t work

Whenever I try to use my siri she either doesn’t respond or she answers and the doesn’t want to answer my question, I don’t know how to fix this.

Does she work on the iPhone or iPad of one of your friends? Or does she fail there also?

Couple question

Which model iPhone? How long have you had it? What version of iOS? Did Siri ever work properly? Any recent updates to the phone? Have you tried turning the phone off and back on to see if that helps? Do you have Apple Care active? Have you taken the phone to an Apple store for troubleshooting? I suggest you make sure you have done a backup of the phone

If you have a nearby Apple store, have them evaluate the phone.

Maybe check your settings and recalibrate your voice. Isn’t there an initial setup for saying “Hey Siri”?
