    Sporadic E-Mail Delivery

    I have a user who appears not to be receiving e-mail sporadically. We use Exchange 5.5 and she uses Netscape Communicator 4.7 as her client. I can see no pattern in the mails she does receive versus the mails she does not receive. Typically, if she asks the person to re-send the message, she will receive it. Any ideas at all would be helpful.

      More information would be helpful. Are you running OWA or POP3 for access? Have you enabled message tracking? Is your Exchange server directly connected to the Internet or via a mail relay?
