A bit about me: I am a mechanical engineer by profession but I have been building computers and servers for more than 8 years – for the fun of it. But I have embarked on a project beyond my knowledge:
I want to help students and orphans in eastern Africa with this plan: Computer School/Internet Café
The plan is simple: To set up a computer school with 20 computer. Students pay a little amount of money to learn how to use computers and general public will also use pcs for web browsing. The money generated will then be used to improve the lives of orphans within their own neighbourhood.
Here is what I want the set up to do:
Beginner Computer Classes: will start with window XP operating system running Microsoft offices applications including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, (office 2007 or 2010)
Intermediate Computer Classes will run on Window 7 operating system again doing Microsoft courses at intermediate level : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher ( office 2013)
Advanced Computer Courses: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook ( Office 2016)
    My Server hardware:
    1. Dell Precision T7400 with twin Xeon X5450 (8 cores total) + 64gb DDR2 ram + 512GB SSD +
    2 *2TB sata hdd + nVidia Quadro K5000 (4gb)
    2. HP Z600 with twin hex core i.e. ( 12 cores + 24 threads) + 48gb ddr3 ram + 240gb ssd + 2tb hdd + nvidia k5000 (4gb)

    Computer Hardware:
    3. Dell WYSE Z90d7 thin Clients with 16gb flash and 4gb ddr3 ram – on window embedded standard
    4. Asus EeeBox EB1007 WITH 4GB RAM + 250GB sata HDD – currently on window 7
    5. Dell optiplex SFF 760 & 760 ( 4gb ram + 250gb hdd)
    6. HP compaq 6305 sff ( 4gb ram + 250 gb hdd) – currently on window 7

My original idea was to use either 1 or 2 for server and then use 3, 4, 5 or 6 as clients. Particularly 3 or 4 would be perfect since they are only rated at less than 60 wattand 40 watts respectively.

    Constraint:
I want to use a host or server for central control. No user should be able to modify pc setttings, or install any program.

    My Question:
    1. Is this possible? If Yes how?
    2. Will I have to run win xp , win 7 and win 10 on Server for client to access as an application? How?
    3. Will I run the different versions of Microsoft on Server? – i.e. ms 2007/2010, ms 2013 & ms 2016? How do I make clients to access these?
    4. If am using server, which one: Server 2008 with can handle XP for beginner course and server 2012 VD to run win7 and win 10?
    5. I need detail help from someone who know his/her stuff
