If a company has still not certified as ISO 45001 then, what all benefits the company is deprived of?

Long ago I had to deal with a few ISO certs.

One of the annoying parts is that it’s like a mafia. You have to join or you can’t do business unless you are part of the family.

To say the least this didn’t improve my view of these certs.

Back to you, if you don’t need it, don’t get it. Money badly spent.

Better ask the company you represent, if you’re interested.
They offer courses about everything you mention in your many posts about courses, so surely they can tell you exactly what they are deprived of if they don’t have the certification themselves or what the advantages for them are if they have.

Let me add it’s very bad SEO for a company (like vinsys.com) to show so clearly they don’t know anything about the subjects they teach. Do they know you do them such a disservice?
